Maddy predominantly tattoos in black and grey ink, and is deeply committed to building a trauma-informed practice. They view tattooing as a sacred act of body and self-reclamation, showing a passion for the sacred experience of receiving a tattoo.

Starting their tattooing journey in 2017, Maddy successfully completed an apprenticeship while managing Hidden Moon in Melbourne, VIC. Following that, they joined Little Gold Studio before co-founding Sanctum Tattoo in Fitzroy, VIC.
