After purchasing, you will receive two separate emails: one confirming payment and another with your voucher code (keep this one handy!). On the rare occasion, our emails may go to your spam or junk folder. Please check there first if your voucher isn’t with you within 5-10 minutes, or reach out to us for assistance.

To redeem, simply present your voucher to your artist at your appointment, either printed or on your device. 💌

Voucher T&Cs:

• Valid for tattoo services with our resident artists only. While most artists accept this voucher, we recommend checking with your artist at the time of your booking enquiry to confirm.

• Must be presented to the artist for redemption at the appointment. We are not responsible for lost or stolen vouchers.

• Must be used in one (1) session.

• Cannot be exchanged for cash or refunded.

• Any remaining balance will not be refunded or carried over if your tattoo costs less than the voucher value.
